Great Diamond buying experience

She wasknowledgeable, patient and most importantly honest.If you've had it with sales tactics and BS at theother retailers, try Union Diamond.Union diamond has very competetive prices, a broadselection of diamonds, and a web site that is adequate,if not elaborate. A clean catch at Union
OK, I was a little skeptical with all the glowing reviews and I thought things were very fishy so I checked out othere retailers and web sites and I kept coming back to Union. I must of called a dozen times with questions and I spoke to at least three different sales people. It was quite impressive. They all seemed to know there stuff. I purchases a 1.05 D color and VS2(60.1D 57T with excellent polish and very good symmtry)for $6500. I cant tell you how releived I was when the box arrived(it's really scary to buy something you haven't seen). I opened it and inside was another box and again another. Finally there was the small ring box. As soon as I opened it I was sure I made the right choice. I took it to a local gem appraiser who said that it matched the GIA certificate and that I got a really good deal. He even appraised it for more than Union did. Would I go back to Union? Absolutely. The selection, knowledge and customer service was incredible. Thanks to you guys I'm now engaged to a terrific gal. See you at Christmas.

Best On-line Shopping Experience

I was reluctanct to deal over the Internet for diamonds, especially with the dollar amounts involved. I did my research, knew what I wanted, and what I should have to pay. Upon contacting Union Diamond, and speaking with Scott Anderson, I got worried, as each diamond I had selected had either been sold, or was shipped off somewhere. Finally Scott suggested a particular diamond that I had not considered. There was no hard sell, no pressure, no convincing, no coercing, and no trying to get my money. Scott held the diamond on my verbal request, and refused to take a payment or credit card, until I was happy with everything. It was priced very attractively, and was even better than what I had been considering, at the same cost.I was looking for a special particular mounting to match an existing band. Scott came up with the identical setting, with four upgraded diamonds in it, for $400 less that I expected to pay, and got it made, the solitaire mounted, and shipped to me in a day.The ring I received was magnificent, exceeding my expectations. I was sent a FEDEX tracking number before it was even sent. It arrived on time, packed in a neat presentation box, inside a box, inside a foam wrap, inside a FEDEX sealed envelope, inside another bigger box, inside a FEDEX box! The package came with a professional appraisal letter for my insurance company.My wife has had the ring for five days now and cannot stop looking at it. She was just blown away, and I saved a lot of money in the process.I could not be more satisfied and recommend using Scott/Union most highly.DanB
