Union Diamond - Honest and Helpful
I was skittish, for sure, about buying a diamond online. I contacted a bunch of companies, but they all seemed like nameless, faceless websites. Not exactly what puts you at ease when you make a huge purchase online. My first contact with Union Diamond was guarded. But after a short while, I really trusted Leah's word and her opinion on the diamonds I was considering buying. She went to absurd lengths to make sure I got exactly the diamond I wanted at a price I could live with. My fiance was so impressed that I was able to do so well on my own. That's the thing I most valued about Union Diamond and Leah Cawley, in particular. We purchased our engagement ring from Union Diamond and their prices and selection were by far the best we saw anywhere. After doing a great deal of research online and with local merchants, we realized the quality of diamond and choice of settings were the best with Union Diamond. Also, the cash discount and savings of sales tax were an added bonus!

I recently ordered a platinum princess cut anniversary band from Union Diamond via the internet. I was slightly hesitant to do so, thinking that something might go wrong, but the price for the quality was just so excellent. My worry caused me to follow up using their customer service email address. I received a response from Tony within a couple of hours, and he was so professional and friendly... my mind was then at ease. He even beat his own estimation of the delivery date because he overnighted the ring to me. The ring is classy and gorgeous, and I know I got a great price because I looked everywhere to compare. i purchased a great engagement ring from uniondiamonds.com. i was a bit concerned about making a big purchase like this on the internet, but after speaking with tony, all my concerns were gone. it was one of the safest purchases i've ever made. the ring was shipped the same day as i wired the money. uniondiamonds also has a return policy so u can also return the ring if, for some reason, u don't like it.all in all, an excellent experience and i highly recommend uniondiamonds to everyone.
